This Test Operations Procedure (TOP) provides guidance in preparing and conducting High Power Microwave (HPM) testing and verification of Army and/or Department of Defense systems both new and modified. This document adheres to requirements stated in Military Standard (MIL-STD)-464C Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Requirement for Systems.
