Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System
Abstract
CONVENTIONAL PHYSICAL SECURITY The Interactive Voice Response System will provide DoD personnel with access to current security equipment information by phone 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days per year. This will be accomplished by incorporating a biometric (voice) identification capability into the current Tech Transfer Hotline system.
