Capability Enhancement
Abstract
Capability enhancements provide changes to the system that are needed to update the infrastructure as required to meet SAP requirements and best practices, and to support evolving statutory and regulatory requirements. The capability enhancement initiatives are needed to increase the GFEBS capability and performance to maintain compliance with Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA), Business Enterprise Agency (BEA), Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS) requirements, and Yellow Book auditability. These requirements are established and prioritized through a General Officer (GO)/Senior Executive Service (SES)-level Process Owners Group and Functional Governance Board.
